What you'll be doing: leading the .NET team, you will coach and mentor the team around you (approx. 12 developers) and be integral to the advancement of the core product. As part of a digital consultancy, you will work on an on ongoing stream of greenfield projects and work on the latest technologies.

The team: there are roughly 12 developers in the .NET team (and counting...) with an even split between seniority levels. This company place great focus on chemistry between its developers, with a carefully curated no-blame, forward-falling and collaborative culture.

Skills/experience required:

• .NET
• Umbraco
• SOLID principles
• Security/Authentication/Database (Entity Framework etc.)
• Integrations (CRMs, 3rd party systems, payment gateways)
• DevOps Systems
