I'm currently on the lookout for a general admin assistant to join this growing start-up in the social media industry. This business is going through a rapid phase of expansion, and this is your chance to join and make your input.

We are looking for a bilingual General Admin Assistant (English and Mandarin) to join our team. In this role you will assist executives and department managers with daily administrative matters, manage telephone calls and emails, handle visitor enquiries, process documents and files, and assist the finance team with invoice processing and reporting. This is an opportunity to join an exciting business within the social media industry that is expanding at a rapid rate.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff at different levels.
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality, able to handle confidential information and maintain the organisation's business secrets.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist senior executives and department managers with daily administrative matters, including document management, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
  • Manage telephone calls and emails, handle visitor's inquiries, and ensure a positive company image and reputation.
  • Assist in organising and planning internal and external company events, such as meetings, training, and celebrations.
  • Responsible for the procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Process and follow up on documents, files, and reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team members to ensure smooth and efficient trips.
  • Assist the finance team with financial support tasks such as invoice processing, reporting, and recording accounts.
