Mid-Level Product Designer - FinTech - £55k-£70k

Role: Mid-Level Product Designer

Salary: £55,000-£70,000

Location: London (Hybrid 2-3 days a week)

Industry: Finance / FinTech / Money solutions

This is an incredible opportunity to join an expanding Product & Design team that are dedicated to crafting cutting edge software for digital platform's international FinTech solutions.

You will be a design team of 3 and collaborate often with Product and Development teams.

This role will entail:

* Cross collaboration with Design and Product teams

* UI/UX Product Design with UI focus

* Aligning with the company's design system

* Coming up with strategic concepts

* Enabling accessible and streamlined transactions

* Migration to a new design system

* Crafting wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs for both web and mobile platforms - for internal use and also customer-facing products

* Active listening and learning through workshops

* Continually enhance software features and capabilities

Skills we're looking for:

* UI expertise, this role is more weighted towards visual design

* Creative thinking, ideation, original ideas - shown on portfolio

* Ability to work with complex design systems

* Portfolio evidence of all discovery and planning stages: wireframing, prototyping, iteration

* Active problem solving - solving real product issues and challenges

* Work with stakeholders, showcase ideas and concepts

* Collaboration with cross-functional teams: product owners, developers
