-We have 360 desks for Recruitment Consultants through to Squad Leaders in both our Perm and Contract Teams.

-Experience recruiting within the tech market and proven great performance.

-Incredible listeners who recognise the importance of all types of communication.

-Strong desire to grow, succeed, demonstrate an excellent work ethic and enthusiasm to bring a positive attitude daily.

-Exceptional self-awareness and understanding of own goals and motivations. Consultants who have a great understanding of how they influence others, whether this is stakeholders and candidates, or within their own team.
