The company

I have recently partnered with a Cyber Security startup who have seen incredible growth since their conception due to their innovative and hugely impactful product.

With a user base already in the millions, this company have ambitious plans to become the market leading product in this space, and they need a talented Head of Engineering to help steer the technical function to success.

You will be in charge of managing several small, agile, engineering squads, with the view to expand the team in the near future. Headcount for the engineering department currently sits at around 20.

Technical Landscape:

• JavaScript
• TypeScript
• React
• Node
• AWS
• MongoDB

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years engineering leadership experience
• Strong startup/scaleup background
• Product-focused mindset
• Experience in the above tech stack
