Our Bristol based client are currently looking for a Facility and Community Manager to join their team. This role will involve:

👉 Ensuring smooth operations, maintenance, site presentation, marketing and community building within the shared workspace.

👉 Working closely with the director, to create a positive, collaborative and efficient work environment.

👉 Creative freedom to explore different means to achieve shared business goals.

✔ Ability to understand and analyse quotes and running costs.

✔ Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.

✔ Contribute and collaborate ideas, knowledge, and expertise with other sites.

✔ To foster a safe, well-managed, and maintained atmosphere for site users.
