Lead Software Engineer (Node/React/AWS)

Location: 100% Remote

Package: Up to £70,000 Gross Per Annum + Benefits (Inc. Home working allowances)

Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

With a goal of delivering and integrating exceptional voice communication solutions our key player has been supporting over 600 global organisations with their cutting edge VoiP product and is now experiencing significant growth across their development teams with hopes of further scaling their systems, and further improving the product offering.

With a busy road map ahead, you would play a key role in the leadership of a tightly knit software team working closely with JavaScript using Node and React across the AWS platform to deliver complex software projects.

You would have an opportunity to manage, guide and mentor a team of young and ambitious engineers with a focus on their career progression whilst actively participating in the design and development of sophisticated software systems.

To be successful in this role, you have:

• Proven experience in leadership/management of teams
• Excellent background in Javascript with Node/React
• Experience with cloud-native applications (AWS)
• Project Management experience or qualification
