They are now searching for a Lead QA Engineer to join their innovative team!

What you will do:

⭐ Direct line management responsibility for a team of QA Engineers!

⭐ Manage a QA Team, providing coaching, training and mentoring!

⭐ Oversee both functional and non-functional testing!

⭐ Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and strategies to ensure that software products meet the stakeholder requirements!

⭐ Cross collaborate with development and wider teams within the business!

⭐ Drive and motivate a team/project to success!

Essentials:

✔ 3+ years industry experience in a software testing or related field required!

✔ Industry experience leading a team!

✔ Manual Testing Required (automated testing preferred also)!

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication!
