We are on a lookout for an ambitious and technology driven Business Analyst with experience in project co-ordination of technical teams to join a market leading umbrella & accountancy services player. With over 20 years of history in the payment solution market, and having been marked as UK's leading solutions provider, they are looking to bring in more talent to support a range of exciting partners.

You would closely collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, and requirements for software solutions whilst identifying thorough analysis of business processes, systems and data to identity opportunities to improvements and further optimizations.

When joining this team, you would take charge and run internal sprint ceremonies with the delivery team, support the business readiness to ensure projects are successfully handed over and maintain a product backlog ensuring ready work is available for your development team partners.

Your responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs, goals and other requirements for software solutions
  • Translate requirements into comprehensive technical specifications
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvements
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Run internal sprint ceremonies with the delivery team

Your background:

  • Experience working within a Software Development Team
  • Experience in Agile Delivery Methodology
  • Proven track record of driving projects from Ideas to Delivery
