Grid Connections Manager

My client is working towards achieving net zero by the end of 2025 and in the process of fully transitioning away from fossil fuels. As a result of the secured funding, they have received across multiple projects nationwide, my client is seek a Grid Connections Manager to join the Grid team and work on their portfolio.

To be successful in this role, they are looking for someone who is able to:

• Manage all grid related aspects for connection of their renewable energy assets, ranging from 5MW connecting at 11kV to 49.9MW connecting at 132kV.
• Identify grid availability within the UK Grid system.
• Serve as the main point of contact for communications with IDNOs, DNOs, TOs, ICPs, etc.
• Provide technical support and project management during ICP delivery and DNO compliance.

In return, they are offering a salary between £55,000 - 70,000 (DOE), full benefits to be discussed at the interview stage and a bonus associated with the role paid quarterly!
