I'm looking for a Product Owner to join a successful eCommerce brand in Manchester. Voted for various accolades as being a great place to work, our clients culture makes work life feel more like home life which is why their employee retention rate is so high. Starting as just a small family run business, our client now have a head count of nearly 1000 and are still growing, with various subsidiaries already up and running.

Following exponential growth in their industry post-Covid, our client are looking to grow out their Product function to optimise their digital experience for all stakeholders alike.

Your day to day will look like:

• Dedicating your time listening to various business stakeholders in order to prioritise user stories for developers
• Continuously look for improvements to products
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to make sure strategy is aligned and most importantly, there is an excitement around product road-maps!
• Monitor behavioral metrics such as bounce rate, page speed alongside error rates and load times for the product, to ensure everything flows smoothly

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years experience as a Product Owner managing the product development life-cycle
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience working in agile, preferably (but not limited) Scrum
• Analytically minded
• Calm under pressure, able to work on multiple projects at one time
• Any exposure to eCommerce is a nice to have but in no way essential

The package:

• Salary up to £60k
