Role: Senior Product Designer

Salary: £70,000-£90,000 (on experience)

Location: London Hybrid (2-3 days a week at first - VERY flexible arrangements)

This is a RARE opportunity to join a project that has huge growth plans and ambitions (as big as the likes of TikTok, Twitter etc and has massive investment and funding to support).

You will be directly reporting to the Head of Design, and joining a new design team, so your inputs will play a crucial part in shaping the future of the product's visual language. You've got to be ready to join a blank canvas project with this one!

?? Responsibility:

• Lead the end-to-end design process: Drive and oversee the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and implementation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product goals and requirements.

• Create exceptional design solutions: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance the user experience.

• Building, maintaining and overseeing design systems from scratch: Establish and enforce design system guidelines, best practices, and standards.

• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and user insights effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

?? Skills required:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience, ideally focused on FinTech/Social Media.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications

• At least 4 years of proven UX/UI skills: UX best practices and methodologies

• Exceptional ability of using Figma with prominent knowledge if assets, plugins and functions it has to offer to utilise to best potential

• In-depth knowledge of design systems

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic start-up environment. Able to be flexible to things changing. Being excited by joining a blank canvas.
