WordPress Developer Contract Role

 

A client I'm working with is looking to onboard an experienced WordPress developer.

 

This will be a fully remote contract position, offering £350 per day (with some flexibility for the right candidate) outside IR35, for an initial 3-month contract.

 

The company is a digital agency in London which specialises in marketing and web development.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong commercial experience using WordPress
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Ability to write effective and clean code

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Working on new builds, developing websites from scratch, adhering to the standards and expectations of each client's requirements
  • Working collaboratively with the UX/UI department to ensure high quality builds are delivered
  • Liaising directly with clients / stakeholders

 

The interview stage is 1 process, being a conversation with the studio manager of the business.
